Thee aim of the project is to propose a solution for identifying plastic waste adapted to the Gorenje processing site in Slovenia.
The task is to design the identification system and its algorithm adapted to the waste and to plan its integration into the industrial process. The ultimate goal is to enable the company to have a well-qualified, pure source of waste for high added-value recycling.
Plas’tri is a company that provides identification solutions for sorting plastic and textile waste. What sets it apart is its ability to adapt to the waste streams and needs of manufacturers. In addition to its current use of near-infrared spectrometry, Plas’tri has a strong R&D activity to remove the current obstacles to the identification of all plastic waste.
