INCIRCULAR project will organise an emulation session in Lyon (Villeurabnne), France, on September 12th, 2024. Under the title “A Circular Future with Plastics: Fostering EU Project Synergies”, this event will be organised in a two-part format: presentations of “sister” projects operating within the plastics and circular economy sectors, followed by a panel discussion with the invited projects.
About INCIRCULAR
INCIRCULAR—INtegrating Cybernated Innovation to Raise the Scale of Circular Units Looping Allied Regions—is a three-year project launched in October 2023, co-funded by the European Union’s Interregional Innovation Investments (i3) instrument.
The mission of INCIRCULAR is to enhance collaboration within the recycled plastics industry sector, aiming to improve its capabilities and promote the transformation of recycled plastics into new materials through the adoption of innovative technologies.
Key points in discussion
The panel discussions will focus on the broader challenges in the plastics sector, as well as the unique challenges and innovative solutions that other “sister” and similar projects are developing. The event will foster synergies and enhance our collective impact in transitioning to a more circular plastics economy.
